I am a HR Partner and, in just over 3 years, I have learned to juggle several tasks. I love what I do on a daily basis, I have all kinds of contacts with colleagues.
I answer questions about social documents, I manage the payroll and I also regularly travel on site to explain and reassure new employees in the event of a takeover under CTC 32 bis.
In terms of personal development, I also talk to people who want to evolve and join our training programmes.
When I'm in charge of recruitment, I try to put the candidate at ease. My main challenge is to filter each individuals' skills and personality to find the job and team that suits them best. Then I explain the philosophy of our company: everyones door remains open to everyone else. We can meet and discuss regardless of hierarchical positions. Finally, the small bonus at Compass, I would say without a doubt: the atmosphere is great. Colleagues respect each other, we listen and we stick together!"
